Refund policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while balancing the upfront commitments required to deliver our programmes.

2026 Non-Residential Programmes (Mission Discovery, Astro Space Camp)

Refunds are calculated based on when you cancel relative to the programme start date.

• 56+ days before the programme
  10% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 29-55 days before the programme
  30% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 15-28 days before the programme
  50% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 0-14 days before the programme
  No refund available

2026 Residential Programmes (Mission Discovery)

Refunds are calculated based on when you cancel relative to the programme start date, reflecting the upfront commitments required to run the programme, including accommodation.

• Prior to 1st April (96+ days before the programme)
  7.5% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 1st April to 56 days before the programme
  35% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 55-29 days before the programme
  40% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 15-28 days before the programme
  50% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 0-14 days before the programme
  No refund available

Additional Terms

• All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@isset.space
  
  
• As an alternative to cancelling, you may transfer your place to a future programme (e.g. 2027) free of charge, subject to availability
  
  
• This policy reflects the upfront costs involved in staffing, venue hire, and accommodation commitments (for residential programmes)
