Refund policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible while balancing the upfront commitments required to deliver our programmes.

Non-Residential Programmes (Mission Discovery, Astro Space Camp)

Refunds are calculated based on when you cancel relative to the programme start date.

• 56+ days before the programme
  10% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 29-55 days before the programme
  30% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 15-28 days before the programme
  50% of the total fee will be retained
  
  
• 0-14 days before the programme
  No refund available

Residential Programmes (Mission Discovery London 11th - 16th July 2027)

Refunds are calculated based on when you cancel relative to the programme start date, reflecting the upfront commitments required to run the programme, including accommodation.

For the residential programme starting on 11th July 2027:

• On or before 6th April 2027 (96+ days before the programme): 7.5% of the total fee will be retained.
  
  
• 7th April to 16th May 2027 (56-95 days before the programme): 35% of the total fee will be retained.
  
  
• 17th May to 12th June 2027 (29-55 days before the programme): 40% of the total fee will be retained.
  
  
• 13th June to 26th June 2027 (15-28 days before the programme): 50% of the total fee will be retained.
  
  
• 27th June to 11th July 2027 (0-14 days before the programme): No refund available.

Additional Terms

• All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@isset.space
  
  
• As an alternative to cancelling, you may transfer your place to a future programme free of charge, subject to availability
  
  
• This policy reflects the upfront costs involved in staffing, venue hire, and accommodation commitments (for residential programmes)
